“The word for the house today is Elevation. God says “I’m giving you an open door to Elevation. I’m opening up doors of Elevation. I’m giving a new mantle of elevation, those who want it grab it, take it.  I’m taking this church up to a new level; rise up, rise up and take forth your mantle. Come up, come up, it is time to come up. Take it in authority and take it back. It is yours, another level. I’m elevating you and I’m taking you to another level. I have elevated you, I have freed you, and I have liberated you to go to another level. I’m bringing forth what is needed in the house today. I’m bringing forth your anointing that is needed today. I’m speaking to the heart matters. There are some heart matters in the house today, I’m speaking to the heart matters.”

Spoke into the Worship Team.

“Saw scrolls all over the place. Seeing scrolls coming down and being given. The team is entering a new season of receiving these downloads of heaven that is going to open with brand new songs individually and corporately. There is going to be a sound that comes forth from this church and congregation and from what God is doing in your lives. Not only will it be given to you and come forth from this sanctuary, but I see these scrolls be given and then dispatched and dispersed to the nations of the earth. I believe something is going to happen just around the corner, a turn around. God is going to being to bring favor, anointing, and blessings in an unprecedented way upon this team and ministry. The sound that God is giving to you is going to be a sound that is heard around the world. A sound a new sound, song, and glory that will be heard in the nations of the earth.

Speaking into the Church.

“Wisdom, a new wisdom & strategies is coming in this season. There are new strategies that are coming in this season. We’ve been talking about the new all weekend, and I see it so clearly. There are new strategies that are being given from the heart of the Father to the heart of a Father. It’s strategies from Heaven being given for the new thing, the new thing. There’s been things that God has done, blessings that he’s brought, and revival that’s been birthed. Waves of anointing and miracles that come forth from this congregation and this place. But God says “I’m getting ready to take you to a whole other place all together. You’re entering in to a new place of standing in the promises not on them but in them, in them, in them. The promises that I have spoken and given to you, oh yes you will stand in them. The expansion and increase of my glory. There is new wisdom that is coming for this new thing that God is doing. The Lord has had you in the Proverbs, focused and fixed on the revelation of unprecedented & unparalleled blessing overtaking you on every side. The overflow of God…but you are about to go to a whole other realm all together. A whole other realm. New songs and new glory.

Prophetic Word for 2018

God said, “This is a year of change! And, the change is here!

This is also a year of prosperity for the church.

The things that have languished are taking on new life and will now begin to blossom. 

Let the worshippers Arise! Let the worshippers Arise! 

And, when you Worship, even as you worship while you ringing in the new year, it will change the atmosphere so that the changes can begin”.

So, things will be changing! Are we ready to receive it?

Prosperity is always very easy to receive, but

what about change?

Change isn’t always easy to accept and welcome, especially for some of us!   

But, for new things to come, we must first let go of something to make a place for the NEW thing.

 So, our hearts and minds need to be prepared to let go of the old, to make way for the change! 

Change comes in many ways.

Change may come in the natural, like things in your life, family, jobs.

Change may come in the spiritual realm, things God is doing, or

Change may come inside you..... in your heart. God may be making changes in how you see things, or how you act, or your relationship with Him. However the change comes, it is coming. 

So, what do you do when it comes?

Can you let go of the old? 

God gave me a scripture to encourage you in this!

Isaiah 43:18

“But forget all that—(what’s past)

for it is nothing compared to what I am going to do.

Isaiah 43:19

For I am about to do something new.

See, I have already begun! Do you not see it?

God says, forget the past things, let them go because He is doing something new. 

Why hang on to it, for it is nothing compared to the new thing  that He is going to do! 

Father, as you prepare to make change in our lives, prepare our hearts and minds to receive it. 

We worship you Lord, and give thanks for the new things you are doing, and for the new life that you are breathing into things! 

We thank you for 2017, and for this New Year before us, and we receive all the that you have for us this coming year! In Jesus name!

This is so awesome…where we’re at; but there’s so much more.  There’s two twelve foot angels that are blowing their trumpets; they are sounding silver trumpets, releasing new sounds from Heaven’s symphony, ushering in a new, higher wave of His Glory.  I heard the voice of the Lord rushing in as the sound of many waters — waters billowing in — saying, “My precious love, I will carry you on the crest of My Wave and take you to a new place in Me where you have never been.  You have only known My Sweetness and My Intimacy for you as a droplet of rain because that’s all you could contain.  My droplets of rain are like a mighty River to you but the vastness and the greatness of My River for you has yet to be tapped and encountered.  You are coming into uncharted waters on a journey with Me, and I will reveal more of My Treasures unto you.”

In the new building, I was seeing at the top of the building all around the circumference of the top, large wings, white with gold and silver and platinum.  These were wings interlocked with each other, connected all around the top, moving up and down; breathing like a giant bellow, moving the air of His Holy Presence — just up and down, moving the air of His Holy Presence, igniting and fanning the flame of His Fire in people’s hearts.  I saw His Fire settle on His people as they have never experienced.  And this River of water with fire and flames kindling, dancing on top of it flowed out of this house bringing revival and salvation to the community.

The second thing I saw on top of the building — its inside, at the top, wall to wall, every dimension — I saw a large cluster of multi-colored heavenly grapes filling the whole inside of the top of the building.  And as the worship would come up to the throne, giant hands would gently squeeze the different-colored grapes and then drops and streams of juices would flow into the mouths and hearts of the desperate and thirsty and the hungry.  Different flavors of intimacy with God were being embraced in a new dimension.  I saw wine vats in His church, His people, being filled.  I saw them as water pots in His hand being poured out upon the dry and parched land of people’s lives.

The third thing I saw at the top of this new building — I saw an enormous, golden, Glory Wheel that fit the whole inside of the top.  It was a solid gold wheel, except for vent-like openings all the way around the wheel, from the center to the outside edge of the wheel.  The whole gold wheel was very thick all around and the wheel of glory and fire and holiness was turning at a slow movement.  it was releasing sounds of Heaven we’ve not heard.  And on the edge of this golden Glory Wheel there were trumpets extending out all around this wheel.  As the wheel turned, these trumpets would sound — it would be a new sound — every time there was a movement, there was a new sound.  And the trumpets were blowing in harmony, in unison:  Revelation!  Revelation!  Revelation!  Revelation!  Revelation! Revelation!

And this golden Glory Wheel would ascend and descend — up and down — and it was releasing sovereign visitations and demonstrations of our God.  And I saw angels standing in this building as well as that building.  Not just angels…I saw angels standing shoulder to shoulder…no space in between.  A gate in Heaven was open, and I saw more angels being dispatched in the house.  We think we know what an open Heaven is, but we’ve yet to see the open Heavens!  It’s only cracked open right now.  And they were packed solid all around the walls in this building and the new building waiting in position to manifest His Glory like we’ve not experienced!

They were standing there with body parts; lungs, ear drums, eyes, other parts of the human body.  Waiting, waiting, for the command of Jesus, the Captain of the Lord of Hosts to bring the creative signs and wonders and miracles.  And this Glory Wheel was adorned with all manner of precious stones.  And I saw four rainbow-colored light beams like laser lights from the wheel all the way to the floor.  They started moving from the four corners of the building, and they started moving to various places in the building, causing people to be frozen, and they were locked and they couldn’t move — not just for a few seconds, but hours, hours.  And they were in a position, locked and frozen as God was communing with them.  Great dreams and visions were being poured out.

“This is a pool.  For My people, even as you smell and hear the Rain, and even as you are in My River, My vast River, you are encountering the difference Rivers that flow out of your innermost being — for the River of wisdom and intercession, the River of knowledge, the River of miracles and signs and wonders — the River of new wine, the River of My fragrance, My very scent, the River of My Glory.  Because of My blood, you have the redemption story.  The Rivers are within the River that flows from My throne to you, My very own.  I’ve raised you up to be a pool in the land, an oasis, a watering hole.  You will be like the sweetest rose of Sharon in the desert places.  It’s time to wake up, it’s time to arise, it’s time to go in deeper — the River is wider.  There’s a new place, a new depth, a new current, a new flow.  It’s fresh!  O, jump in deeper, deeper.  You think you’re swimming now, but I’ve got a new depth you’ve never encountered.  I’ve got resources, I’ve got finances, I’ve got the hundreds of thousands, I’ve got the millions, I’ve got the billions.  I’ve got the souls; I’ve got the people.  I’m positioning you; I’m preparing you for My Glory.  I’m preparing you for things that your eye has not seen and your ears have not heard.  You’ve experienced much, you think, but this is only a droplet of Heaven, for the Revelation I’ve poured out — it’s new, it’s big, it’s mighty unto you, but it’s nothing unto Me,” sayeth the Lord.

“I’ve got so much more; so, while you’re shut up behind a prison door, call upon Me and I will show you great and mighty things, things you don’t even know of.  I’ve got men and women in the market place that’s coming, I’ve got government, I’ve got businesses, I’ve got education, I’ve got the judicial, I’ve got the military, I’ve got the medical people, I’ve got all the different walks of life I will set in this house, and they will know Me, they will experience Me, and they will wonder at My Glory and My Signs, and My River will overwhelm them.  Get ready.  The floodgates have even yet to be open; the floodgates have yet to be open.  You’ll hear My thundering, you’ll hear the crackling, you’ll hear the yelling of My angels, you’ll see the lightning flashes — you’ll know My Rainbow is in the house because My throne has sat upon the praises and worship of My people and therefore My weightiness of My Glory shall be upon you because I’m setting there upon you, all around you, wrapping Myself around you, rising up within you, and I’m going to flow out of you into the streets, into the marketplace into the public arena and I will take the young generation, the children, the teenagers, the young adults.  I will take those Deborahs and Esthers and Josiahs and Joshuas and Calebs, and I will raise them up and they will experience what you will not experience, but what you see afar off.

“And yea,” the Lord says, “they’re going to walk in it and they’re going to experience.  Get ready!  Because they are coming forth and they’re going to be wild, and they’re going to be different.  They’ll not be like you think,” sayeth God.  This is a new hour of restoration.  Wake up the intercessors — let them bring to birth what You’re doing in this earth, O Lord.

God is going to light up Houston.

We are going to see an abundance of evangelism in our church.

We are going to have a surge in burdens for our community.

10-11-15

God is going to be busy in the days to come, sharpening the pastor’s swords.

He is examining our swords to see if we have been putting to use or not.

His sword is in his hand, and he is sharpening it.

What used to be hard will now be effortless, because God is sharpening the swords of the pastors.

The Lord told Bobby VCC is an emergency room. It’s like a trauma center! It a place to get healed, set apart, fixed up. These places are few, and far between. Some of you wouldn’t have lived if you hadn’t found this church.

I said it before and I’m going to say it again- you didn’t build it big enough. But, you can still go to other services.

Bobby then tells a story of pastor who, when he stated had 40 people, and now must have 7 services a week to seat 45,000 people. He has a staff of 1500.

Despise not the day of small beginnings. So, you will just have to up the services for awhile. What a time!

Here is how it is going to happen. You are going to be busy all week winning the lost, healing the sick, setting the captives free. You may have to stand around the walls some, but look at what you are going to bring in….hurting desperate people. You’ve got the answer. Do you understand that? Inside of us dwells he power of the Spirit of God, and he is going to show us all the purpose for which he gave us life.

Now this is it, you say well how are we going to pay for all this? It may sound irresponsible, but tell the preachers and leaders to make your plans as if money is no problem. But that sounds irresponsible. But God said, If you make your plans ahead of time, as if money was no problem, when I bring in the money, you will already be a step ahead.

There will be highrise apartments here, where staff will have to come and live.

I bet your thinking, but can’t we get the parking lot finished first??

There will dormitories for people to live in, and there will be international students come. Some of you will have to open your homes to house them.

Well, you say, but I want to be a missionary! You are! Can’t you see yourself with about 15 Mozambique people living with you? You will bring them in on Sundays!

That’s a little bit about what is going to happen.

Bobby Praying...then says, God is going to light up Texas. There is something in God’s heart for a massive move in this place. Position us so that we help it, and not hinder it, in Jesus name.

PROPHETIC WORD FOR 2017

     God says, "In 2017, I am causing you to be fruitful"!

God says, "I have planted within each of you seeds of destiny, my seeds of promise (or Prophetic Words),

and the seed of my written Word.

AND, IT IS TIME.......it is time for those seeds to begin

to grow, and to produce fruit!!!" And this year, you shall see fruitfulness abound!

Maximize Your Fruitfulness: (From the Garden)

     God wants to bring fruitfulness in your lives this year.

He also wants to remove any hindrances to that fruitfulness, so that you can grow into all the fullness of who you are created to be! God gave me some insight to share with you that will help you

maximize your fruitfulness this year. I want to share it with you now.

    Have you ever wondered WHY some of your seeds, the promises, and the words you have received, have been dormant, and you have wondered why, and what to do about it?

Something that might help you to understand one of the reasons for this is that you have a part to play in the development of your seed......., just like farmers do.

Farmers must consistently till, cultivate, weed, and water what has been planted, and like faithful farmers, so must we!

The lack of cultivating, weeding, watering, etc.....  can hinder the growth and fruitfulness of the seeds planted in our garden hearts.

    But, there are keys to help us avoid those hindrances. These keys will maximize your fruitfulness!

I want to focus on one of these keys today.

KEY # 1-

     Fruitfulness begins with seed, and so this first key deals with seed.....specifically, what I like to call "unlocking your seed"!

What exactly is seed?

Simply defined, seed is a tiny plant embryo enclosed in a protective "seed coat".

The "seed coat" is what you see on the outside of a seed.

This "seed coat" is hard and protects the seed until conditions are favorable for germination and growth.

Sitting dormant within this seed coat, is an embryo.

This tiny little embryo contains all the DNA needed for that plant to become what it is intended or created to be!

And then, when conditions are right, and the hard "seed coat" softens,

then that tiny living embryo pushes out and begins to grow. This process is called germination. I like to call it "unlocking your seed"!

    If this opening if the seed coat is a first stage, then how do we get it to open?  What are the conditions which are necessary for this hard seed coat to soften so the embryo can emerge?

      There are several keys or conditions, but today we are focusing on.

This condition is called..... Water!

Thats right, water is required to soften the seed coat!

Water is also required in another way. It not only softens the seed coat, but also activates, or sends a signal to the living embryo to push through the softened seed coat and grow.

Lack of water, or dry soil, on the other hand prevents a seed from ever opening, thus keeping the embryo from immerging, growing, maturing, and producing fruit.

    How does this lack of water relate to us, and to the fruitfulness in our lives?

       Just as soil dryness hinders a seeds ability to open and grow, so spiritual dryness affects our ability to be fruitful!

In Luke 8, Jesus compares our hearts (spiritual) to soil.

If our soil (spiritual heart) is dry, the growth of the seeds planted in our hearts will remain dormant.

      However, if our soil/heart is moist and watered,

so that the seed coats are able to become soft,

then the seeds of promise and destiny, which have been planted in our hearts, can begin to emerge and grow into their intended purposes. They can mature, and they can bear fruit!

"Unlocking your seed" is the first stage to fruitfulness (once a seed is planted)!

    I want to encourage you today to check the condition of your heart soil?

If it's dry, you need to resolve in 2017 to stay amply watered!

How do you stay watered?

First, put aside distractions, and the busyness of life for a time, and spend time with Him and in His Word!

Let Him wash over you, and renew you!

Second, be planted by the river of God. Spend ample time in His Presence!

If you can't come to a Friday night service where you can soak, you can soak from home! 

God also sends the rain (Holy Spirit) to refresh us and water our soil (hearts),

Leviticus 26:4

Then I will give you your rains in their season, and the land shall yield its increase, and the trees of the field shall yield their fruit

However, to get wet, we must be in a place that we can get rained on! Stop avoiding the rain! Instead, position yourselves to get wet!

     So, I want to really encourage you today to use this key from God.

Keep yourself spiritually moist in 2017 and not allow any spiritual dryness in your hearts, then watch your seed unlock, and the LIFE within that seed become activated, emerge, grow, and in due time, produce much fruit!

This place is going to explode in 2017. God is going to explode in you (congregation)! He is going to explode in this place (VCC)! God is going to open a gate!

 God spoke this to me; not only will things explode, but I am opening the flood gates of Heaven over this place. Thank you God!

As I was praying yesterday, God spoke something to me and said it was a word for some of you.

In Joshua 5, Israel had just crossed over from 40 years in the wilderness and into the promised land. God instructed them to camp at Gilgal, and told Joshua to circumcise all the men who had not yet been circumcised in the wilderness.

Then, Joshua 5:9-12 says- Then the Lord said to Joshua, “Today I have rolled away the shame of your slavery in Egypt.” So that place has been called Gilgal to this day.                                                                                                                            

While the Israelites were camped at Gilgal on the plains of Jericho, they celebrated Passover on the evening of the fourteenth day of the first month. The very next day, no more manna appeared, and they began to eat unleavened bread and roasted grain harvested from the land.                                                                                                  

God said this to Joshua, on the fourteenth day of the first month.....well, the day God spoke this word to me was yesterday, the 14th day of the 1st month!

So, as of yesterday, on the14th day of the 1st month (January 14th), God says this:

​

Some of you, have been in a wilderness season, 

and some of you have been camped out at Gilgal, where I have been

cutting some things out of your heart and life that needed to go,

and some of you have been living on manna, living on faith and my daily

supernatural provision.

​

But I say to you that you have now crossed over into the promises.

​

The manna, is ending, and now you are going to begin to eat from the harvest of the land of my promises!!

I was visiting Victory in July, when Joshua Mills was here.

When I was here, I saw a safe or vault underneath the stage. The

Vault was locked, and God gave me a key. God told me to hold onto the key, and said that when you come in September, you can unlock it.

Your Pastor's obedience to do what the Spirit of God says, and the

seed He decided to sow, is the key to unlock that vault.

The vault has been opened, I just need to show you how to access it.

ISAIAH 45:1- To my anointed, Apostle Tony and Prophet Sandy, whose right hand have I opened,  I will loose the loins of kings,

To open up the Two lead doors before him, so the gates will not be shut.

I want to talk to you about some doors.

Thus says the Lord, to my anointed, to "Apostle Tony AND Prophet

Sandy".

Those of you who know me know that I do not mince words, and I

know that, as a prophet, when I speak something, my words produce

life or death.

When I am under the anointing, I don't say anything by accident.

Apostle Tony AND Prophet Sandy...I don't use those words by accident, or out

of generosity.

You not only have an Apostle in the house, but you have a Prophet in

the house. The Prophets insight balances that apostolic drive. See,

as an apostle, we just want to go for it!  But, prophets say....why

didn't you think about this....why didn't you think about that?!?

So you have a mixture, and because you have a mixture of that apostle/prophet mixed together and becoming one, the loins of the

kings (loins represents their lower back, or their strength) or the

strength of the kings, will be broken. I will subdue the nations before

you!

    What God has shown me is that the native peoples of 70 nations,

will Come into this sanctuary and be subdued before this couple,

they will learn and be developed before this couple, then be released

back to their native nations.

70 nations are going to be sprung out from this place. 70 nations will

be developed and subdued under them. No governmental systems

will be able to stop them.

No form of government (including dictatorship or Islamic) will be able

to stop this 70 nations seduction that will come out of this

Prophetic Word!

Isaiah 45:2- I will go before thee and make crooked paths straight,

I will break into pieces the gates of brass and cut unto sunder the bars of iron...

In the original Hebrew, crooked places can also be translated as

"roads of favor"......I will go before thee and make roads of favor, with no bars, speed bumps, or barriers. Nothing in the way! It will be a pure

road of favor that I will go before you and create.

From the vault, which I am about to tell you about, will come roads of

favor that you must get on.

Now, like any road, you might can see a road, yet not be on it. You must be

on this road!

Example- You can be on the tollway (Beltway 8) and see and be next

to the Ez-Tag lane, but not be able to get on it, because you don't

have an Ez-Tag.

This morning, I want to give you an Ez-Tag, so that you can jump on

that Road of Favor!

  Roads of pure favor are being created for us. Even the strongmen

will be broken before you, but only on the roads of favor. The roads are already there...so find out where the roads of favor are.

Isaiah 45:3&4- I will give thee treasures (cellar or storehouse) in darkness, and hidden riches (vault or hidden storehouse) in secret places, that you

may know that I, the LORD, which call you by your name, am the God of Israel. For Jacob my servant's sake, and Israel mine elect, I have even

called you by your name: I have surnamed you, though you have not

known me.

    A lot of people think this word was just for the Israelites, but listen to

what He said.....I have called you by your name. I have surnamed you, though you have not known me. He called us!

      That word treasures can be translated "cellers, or storehouses".

Hidden riches can be translated as "vault, or hidden storehouses".

I will give you something so that is so valuable, so expensive, and

has so much power, that the casual observer will not be able to

stumble upon it.

It is locked up. It is a hidden safe, hidden deep in the storehouse.

God has locked it up so deep, because it is too valuable and

expensive to let a simple passerby stumble on it. You won't be able to accidentally run into it, you will have to search it out with everything you've got.

The picture I get here is it's Like Fort Knox! Our national treasure is

stored there, and it needs to be highly guarded and locked up.

Well, this is heaven's national treasure! It is deeply locked up, and

every generation gets something from this vault. It's like in the dark

ages when all men knew was legalism,  and bondage.

Then Martin Luther came along, and went deep into the storehouse

and found the key, and unlocked the safe, and pulled "the just shall

live by faith" out of that safe, and delivered it to that generation.

We now know we don't have to live by legalisim, but by faith!

This was locked up in the vault, and Martin Luther went in and found

it!

Other examples are: the Whitfields, Billy Sundays, Spurgeons...men who went into the vault and developed movements. The Arnotts, Kenneth Copeland, Kenneth Hagen are more examples of people who went into that vault and pulled something out, and movements began. They didn't just stumble upon it, they had to go in and get it.

    I wonder what you might get out of that vault?

Do you have what it takes to go to the vault?

Do you have the stamina? Going to the vault is not for the faint hearted.

It is not for the casual Christian! God can only release it to those

who can handle it.

    Do you know what's in the vault? Roadmaps....roadmaps to the road

of favor! Ez-Tags for God's favor are in the vault!

It is essential right now for you to get into that vault and find the road

to favor, because you are going to need it for what is coming next.

    You have the key, now turn it! It is time to unlock it!

It will be what subdues the nations and takes it to the 70 nations.

There is an eruption happening!

ISAIAH 43:1-7

1 But now thus says the LORD that created you, O Jacob, and he that

formed you, O Israel, Fear not: for I have redeemed you, I have called

you by your name; you are mine.

2 When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and through

The rivers, they shall not overflow you: when you walk through the fire,

you shall not be burned; neither shall the flame kindle upon you.

3 For I am the LORD your God, the Holy One of Israel, your Saviour: I

gave Egypt for your ransom, Ethiopia and Seba for you.

4 Since you were precious in my sight, you have been honourable,

and I have loved you: therefore will I give men for you, and people for

your life.

5 Fear not: for I am with you:

 I will bring your seed from the east, and gather you from the west;

6 I will say to the north, Give up; and to the south, Keep not back:

bring my sons from far, and my daughters from the ends of the earth;

7Even every one that is called by my name: for I have created him for

my glory, I have formed him; yea, I have made him.

     Can I suggest to you that those waters in verse 2 are not the river of

God (because when you go through them, you are not going to be overtaken),or that the fire is not the refiners fire that makes you pure

as gold (because it says when you go through them, you are not going to be burned).

    I am doing more than suggesting to you, I am preparing you that there

is a tremendous flood coming to this city.

There is horrible fire coming to Houston.

There is an attack of wickedness breaking forth on Houston.

     You will need to be on those roads of favor, so that you can be above

that. See, when you go through the waters, they can't over take you.

The problem with that is that you have to go through the waters!

And when you go through the fires, they won't burn you.

The problem with that is that you have to go through the Fire!

 It is Essential that you find the roads to favor, because there is a

horrible unrest, and a horrible financial release or judgement (because

of mans stupidity).

There is a horrible financial season coming, which is probably why

your pastor has been trying to get you into Proverbs 3:9-10....the

financial road to favor.

I am preparing you this morning that Calamity is coming on Houston!

My church has been praying for Houston. God gave me this Word in

January and I have been working with it since January.

    There are some seriously hard times coming. The vault has the

roadmaps. Get off of some of the roads you are on,

and get on the road of favor. You may need to make career changes,

because where you are now may not be good for this coming time.

Be willing to Move when the Holy Spirit says Move!

When you get a nudge from a God, make a change, because it will

lead you to a road of favor.

     Sow.....it is essential! Some of you may need to sow some of the

money you have been saving for vacation, or whatever.

Obey the words God gives you...now! Those words are the key to the

road of favor.

From the road of favor, you will be untouched when Houston begins to explode....you will be above it, and able to reach down, and pull

people up who are drowning and burning, and pull the, up with you.

It is urgent that you find the road now!

This Road may look very different than you do now. You may have to

change occupations, etc....Be willing to do whatever road of favor God

opens up to you.

       The vault is there to be unlocked so that you are prepared.

There is a big attack coming to this area....you need to be on that road of favor.

There is no stopping what is coming, just prospering in it!

Get above it what is coming, so that you can pull people out of it.

5 Fear not: for I am with you:

 I will bring your seed from the east, and gather you from the west;

6 I will say to the north, Give up; and to the south, Keep not back: bring

my sons from far, and my daughters from the ends of the earth; 7Even

every one that is called by my name: for I have created him for my glory,

 I have formed him; yea, I have made him.

      You have sons and daughters, call them in. When this flood happens,

it is the most wonderful time for the church.

The world will be under pressure, but we will be on the road to favor.

Hurricanes Rita and Katrina were considered terrible disasters, but they

were not, because they got thousands of people saved.

The fire is going to bring the sons and daughters......

Speak to the north, south, east, and west, and call the sons and

daughters in!

You should be saying that Houston belongs to Victory

Christian Center, and the Islamic can't have it! They belong to us!

What road are you on??? Get on that road of favor

Deut. 29:29- the secret things belong to God, but the things revealed

belong to us and our children forever.

    The things that are hidden belong to God, but the things revealed

belong to us.

God had told you that there is a vault that has unspeakable riches in

it. It has roads of favor in it that are necessary for what is coming.

    Now you own that....it belongs to you. When the floods hit and fires hit Houston, you own the response to it.

Don't whine when it hits, and say what am I going to do? 

God has already done it, so what are you going to do with the Word

God has given you!

This is an extraordinary church, a church of possibilities, a church of expectations.

​

This church is built upon the foundation of the apostles and prophets with Christ Jesus Himself the as chief Cornerstone. (Ephesians 2:20)

​

You are honored in this house, to have as your head, an Apostle/Prophet. This church is more than a local church, it is an apostolic center.

​

God has given you an Apostle as a leader, and an Prophet as a leader, and He has given you an Apostle/Prophet combination as a leader.

​

Now I know there is different kinds of leaders for different kinds of purposes and different local assemblies, but this particular place has this type of combination and anointing. My husband and I walk in this same kind of combination and anointing.

​

But you need to know your leadership here, because God is building this house the way He wants to build it, and that He is building this place on the foundation of the apostle and prophet.

​

I want to pray for Pastor Tony.

​

I really want to call you Apostle Tony, but sometimes in the Western world they don't view it in a biblical framework. It is simply an anointing. It's not a title to make you superior, it is a function from heaven, a specific function to build the church.

Apostles build on no other man's foundation, they start things, and when an apostle is at the head, then other apostles who are to start other ministries start joining up with them....there's this high ceiling big windows thing that starts to happen, and a multiplicity of ministries that start to come under them.

Pastor Tony, I feel like the Lord has called you to build an apostolic center. You are called not just to be a house of miracles, for that is a by-product of building a dwelling place for God but there will be very many ministries that will come from here, and they will go out into the streets of Houston and into the highways and byways. And, they will begin to affect many places of influence in the city, and many, many people, with many, many ministries are going to come and join themselves to this house in order to fulfill the purpose of God.

​

The Lord says He has given you a prophetess, you know, as first apostle and second prophet.

And Lord we stir up that gift of prophecy in Pastor Sandy.

And many prophets will come under your anointing.

​

And I feel there will not just be a School of the Supernatural, but many prophets will come under your anointing. There will not only be a school of the Supernatural, but there will be a Company of Prophets in this house. And the Lord says, I want you to raise them up, and teach them to prophecy over individuals, teach them to prophecy over the city, and teach them to hear the Word of the Lord and to declare things that are not, as though they were.

​

 And I feel like your revelation is not going to decrease at this stage in Your life, but is only going to increase at this time. This has only been a temporary hiatus, because God has been filling you, and there is a greater Word yet to come from you, and in you, and to you.

​

So Lord we just release this, lay hands on her and stir up the gift within her.

And it is part of the miraculous that will come to this house.

 And many of you who come under this anointing will get visions for ministries that you are supposed to start- apostolic things that you are supposed to start in your neighborhoods, schools, and families.

I feel this is a house of miracles. This is an extraordinary house. If I came to Houston, I would come to this house. This place is like heaven. Many races, many tongues, tribes, people, nations, which is like heaven.....on earth as it is in heaven. Every tongue! All ages!

I feel this morning that this house is about to break out into a whole new level. Even ahead of this election, there is going to come a prayer, and a cry, and an intercession out of this place. There is going to come an actual living substance out of this place that is going to be so unique that it is going to shift atmospheres.

​

This is a house of miracles, and I  feel like God is doing more than physical miracles, but also doing relational miracles, racial miracles, forgiveness miracles, and family miracles!

I feel God is calling you up to great and lofty things.

God is dealing with some things of the heart today! Leave behind the pain of division, the pain of divorce, pain of racial division, political division.

​

Forget the pains of the past and forgive!

​

God, you gave us your Glory so that we could be one and leave behind the pain of division. We are asking now for your miracles and healing to break forth!
