Next Gen Youth Ministries Directors: Kyle & Niki Puryear
Contact Next Gen Youth Ministries:
Our vision is that our youth will walk in wholeness, confidence, and love in a way that is immeasurably more than we can imagine. We pray our ceiling will be their floor, and that our youth will edify our community not only during this season, but also as they transition from youth to adulthood. Our mission is to develop and facilitate an environment for our youth to encounter the love and goodness of the Father, to equip our youth through the study of the Word along with practical discussion, to love our youth unconditionally, and to lead by example. We love this up and coming generation!
We serve a hot breakfast every Sunday morning beginning at 10:30 AM, and our service begins at 11:15 AM. Meet Our Leaders
Youth Directors:
Kyle and Niki Puryear
Kyle and Niki have been involved with youth ministry for several years and have been the youth directors at Victory since 2015. Prior to their service in youth, they were both actively involved on the worship team, they led the 20 Something’s ministry before passing the baton in 2016, and both are VSSM graduates. Kyle works for a software company in the Woodlands and Niki is a part of the staff here at Victory as the executive assistant to Pastor Wendy Borrego.
Youth Leaders:
Chris and Briana Niakian

Chris and Briana have been a part of youth ministry at Victory for two and half years. Briana is our worship leader and prior to her service in youth, was a vocalist on the worship team in the main sanctuary. She is also a VSSM graduate and an accomplished dancer, and you will see her perform in the main sanctuary from time to time. Chris plays bass guitar on Friday nights and Sunday mornings when he’s not busy running his family's business, a Dairy Queen in Baytown.

Justin and Cori Vargas

Justin and Cori came to us all the way from St. Louis, Missouri where they were involved in the youth ministry at their church. Cori is originally from Houston, and she and Justin moved back in 2016. They joined Victory in March of that year, completed VSSM, and began serving in our youth group during the summer of 2017. Cori works as a nurse, and Justin works as an inventory specialist for a warehouse.
