Favor of God! Debt Payed Off!

I kept hearing the Lord telling me to refinance my house, but would brush it off with every excuse as to why it wouldn’t work. Finally, when I relented & decided to investigate the possibility, the guy who originally did my mortgage said, “this isn’t a miracle, this is just the awesome favor of God!”. Even with my enormous debt, my interest rate decreased from 7% to 5% & I received a wire transfer of $42,597.92 into my bank account. My house increased in value when no other house in the neighborhood did & I was able to pull out equity without it changing much of anything. I’ve paid off a $600 a month loan, & $12,000’s in credit card debt. All this because I obeyed the still small voice, followed His peace, stayed in His Presence, held onto faith & trusted Him.
